PPR-AL-PPR pipes and fittings are the new type of environment-friendly construction materials developed. It comprise of five layers the external layer is made of PP-R,the internal layer is PE, and the middle layer is aluminum. Under the effect of high temperature and high pressure, different kinds of thermosol compound and stick the layer together. Advanced technique of thermosol binding is adopted to produce this type of tubes. As a result, the intensity of the jointof layers is by no means decreased but increased to such an extent that the intensity of the joints is even greater than the pipes themselves. What's more, this type of aluminum pipe is covnenient to be installed and reliable in terms of its performance. Generally speaking, they integrate the advantages of both PP-R Pipe and aluminum multi-layer Pipes, and thus constitute good substitute products for traditional galvanized pipes and pure plastic pipes.
